So I let you all know a while back about my new business venture, so I thought I'd update you on our progress. I've now teamed up with another great personal trainer with loads of experience in sports science and sports massage, so we will soon be offering a range of services and packages for just about everyone.
We're soon going to be launching our brand spanking new website, with all our services and classes, as well as some at home videos for you to try out. Once we turn a few knobs and press a few buttons down at our colocation centre we'll be ready to go!
It's an exciting time for us, and we can't wait to get started helping people. If you're looking for a new fitness regime or just some friendly advice, give us a go, we'd love to help.
