So I let you all know a while back about my new business venture, so I thought I'd update you on our progress. I've now teamed up with another great personal trainer with loads of experience in sports science and sports massage, so we will soon be offering a range of services and packages for just about everyone.

We're soon going to be launching our brand spanking new website, with all our services and classes, as well as some at home videos for you to try out. Once we turn a few knobs and press a few buttons down at our colocation centre we'll be ready to go!
It's an exciting time for us, and we can't wait to get started helping people. If you're looking for a new fitness regime or just some friendly advice, give us a go, we'd love to help.

Hi guys, I have recently left my position at Fitness First and started up my own Personal training business. Working from my own personal multi-gym in Limehouse, East End I offer one on one sessions for a very reasonable price. All of my equipment is top of the range and box fresh since receiving my start up funds from Wonga same day loans , so you will be working on the best and latest kit.
Along with acting as a personal trainer I will also give you direct fitness advice tailored directly to your individual needs. Price is also very flexible and assessed on a client to client basis. I really can do something for everybody. So if you started off the new year with good intentions and are looking to kick start your fitness resolutions with a professional and at a bargain price, get in touch on here.
I will be waiting for your calls.

You can't always control what you feel whether you feel depressed anxious or overwhelmed, but exercise can help that.
Normally when I am feeling a bit crappy I head down the pub and have a pint but exercise is a healthy and more long-term way of getting you in the right frame of mind.
The hardest part though is getting to the gym or leaving your house for a run. If you are in a negative attitude then you are less than likely to not want to bother. Playing football with your mates, or going for a round of golf can help start getting you motivated.
Its exercise but at the same time it is something you enjoy. Eventually you will want to take it further and join a gym or start training. For me it was easy enough to say to my mates I am going to get healthy but at the same time have a pint in one hand and a cheeky fag in the other. But spending half an hour a day getting started with exercise will help you feel happier.
